MBK does not typically provide 3D renderings, as they can be costly. Instead, we offer full plans with elevations, which serve the same purpose at a more cost-effective rate. Our design-build process includes an initial consultation, budget assessment, architectural consultation, design-build contract presentation, preliminary drawings with an estimate, final permit plans, permit gathering, and then construction begins.

How much does a typical design-build remodeling project cost?

There is no set cost for a design-build project, as pricing depends on the scope. For example, remodeling a small bathroom costs significantly less than a whole-home renovation. One key advantage of the design-build approach is that the architect and general contractor collaborate from the start, ensuring the project stays within budget.
