ABOUT THE PROJECT

This beautifully transformed Craftsman blends timeless character with modern style, function, and thoughtful design. The original layout was reimagined to create a more seamless flow throughout the home, centered around a completely redesigned kitchen that brings sophistication and everyday functionality to the heart of the space.

A first-floor addition further enhances the home with a bright, inviting sunroom and thoughtfully designed mudroom, adding both charm and practical living space. A thoughtfully integrated two-story addition expands the home with generous new living space, while upstairs, two existing bedrooms were combined to create a spacious primary suite designed as a comfortable and private retreat.

Comprehensive exterior improvements were carefully crafted to complement the home’s original architecture, creating a seamless connection between the historic structure and new additions. Every detail reflects MBK’s commitment to quality craftsmanship and thoughtful design.
