Craig is a Certified Home Inspector and Licensed Residential Home Builder with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. His career began as a construction laborer, progressed to master carpenter, and later to Project Manager — giving him a hands-on understanding of every stage of the building process. In his current role, Craig is involved in sales, estimating, contract development, and project management, working closely with clients to ensure clarity, transparency, and quality at every step.
Known for his approachable manner and commitment to customer satisfaction, Craig takes pride in guiding clients through the complexities of construction, addressing challenges proactively, and delivering results they can trust. His combination of technical expertise and strong client relationships has earned him a reputation for excellence and reliability in the industry.
Craig Lilley, Estimator / Sales Manager
Craig is a Certified Home Inspector and Licensed Residential Home Builder with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Kyle Hagen, Director of Operations
Kyle has been immersed in the construction world since childhood, visiting job sites with his father, Mike, from the age of eight. Now with over 12 years of professional experience, he serves as Director of Operations at MBK, continuing to oversee project management while guiding the company’s day-to-day operations. A Michigan licensed builder, Kyle brings specialized expertise in foundation work, structural repairs, and carpentry. In his role, he builds strong relationships with clients, crews and partners alike to ensure each project meets MBK’s high standards for quality and craftsmanship. His ability to combine technical skill with his relationship driven approach has made him a trusted point of contact throughout every stage of the building process.
